This morning I took myself to the gym for my second real workout since meeting with Chloe (my personal trainer) for my first real workout on various machines - and I am still walking! I'll have to ask a few questions about some of the machines when I see Chloe again in 2 weeks, but for the time being I'm actually feeling pretty confident about this adventure. Best news? No weakness episodes while I was on the treadmill! That alone feels like a victory.
My new gym is Anytime Fitness, and I'm pleased so far. Gonna keep doing this...
